Had a wonderful time at Palcall with family. It’s a great family ski trip and the Thai staff at the reception is super nice and friendly and very polite.
Will definitely come back again for our ski trip next time.

I was a little scared at night because I had to go through the mountains to get to the hotel. The food was delicious and the employees were very friendly, making it a fun trip.

The point deduction part.
There was no heating and the room was very cold.
The toilet seat was cold and no water came out.
I can't use the refrigerator.

Unfortunately, the vending machine on the floor where I stayed was out of service. There is no convenience store near the hotel, so it would be nice if the store had a wider variety of products. The room was clean and the illumination from the window was beautiful. The hot springs are also nice! I would like to use it again during ski season.

My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at this resort, the staff were excellent the food was great and of course the skiing was awesome.
